A man initially charged with five counts of recording an intimate image without consent has denied almost 10 times as many alleged offences.
A young man accused of taking a photo underneath a teenage girl’s skirt at a supermarket in Sydney’s southwest has pleaded not guilty to 47 offences.
The man was arrested at a Liverpool shopping centre on July 24.
NSW Police will allege they were called by security staff who believed he was the same man behind an alleged offence the previous week.
A 16-year-old girl and her 26-year-old sister entered a Macquarie St supermarket in the shopping centre about 2.30pm on July 19.
