    The brother of an NRL player has been charged over a fatal three-car crash in Sydney’s northwest that left one woman dead.

    Troy Xerri, 28, was allegedly driving a Toyota Hilux when it crashed in Eastwood about 5pm on Wednesday.

    Joanne Duke, a 63-year-old woman driving a grey Mazda, died at the scene on Blaxland Road.

    The third driver, a 34-year-old woman, suffered minor injuries.
